CIG Research launched its monthly tracker earlier this year, providing clients with valuable insight into the thoughts of the profession around areas that can affect product sales, such as ad campaigns, the impact of training, trending issues in pharmacy, brand awareness, recommendation and performance.


In addition to the Pharmacist Monitor, clients can benefit from our Lightning Studies, which deliver fast and accurate feedback – results are returned within 48 hours.


We can also offer online focus groups that typically consist of 12-15 pharmacists who respond for around 15 minutes per day, over a five-day period. Panels are moderated by a pharmacist who sets up question topics and selects verbatims for use. This qualitative approach allows for more considered answers and allows each pharmacist more participative time.
