Boots UK wins at the OTC Marketing Awards 2017

We are delighted to announce that Boots UK and CIG Healthcare Partnership have won the award for Best OTC Pharmacy Training for The Boots Healthcare Way!


We worked with Boots UK to develop vital training on their new approach to OTC conversations that ensures each customer receives safe, effective advice every time they visit the pharmacy, regardless of whether they have a product-led or symptom-led query.


The expert judging panel said the following after reviewing our entry:


“Probably the first genuinely different take on improving customer experience in a long while. This feels like real innovation.”


“A simple and effective initiative from Boots that reminds us that getting customer interactions right remains the key to promoting self-care.”


The Nutricia Early Life Nutrition Managing FGIDs – the nutritional approach training package, produced with CIG Healthcare Partnership, was also highly commended at the awards.


We are thrilled that our work continues to be recognised in these prestigious awards. We had a fantastic night celebrating and wish to extend our congratulations to all the other shortlisted entries.
