Rosanne Please
Director of Content
Rosanne Please has wide experience of developing content for a diverse range of education materials and pharmacy publications across different media. She has a degree in Industrial Economics and spent 10 years as Editor of Training Matters, a magazine for pharmacy support staff, where she was also responsible for the launch of CI Plus into pharmacy.
Rosanne has spent the last 8 years working with blue chip pharmacy manufacturers and all the major pharmacy retail groups, using her expertise in providing training and communications campaigns for pharmacy teams across the UK.
Emily Hunter
Managing Editor
As projects editor, Emily works on bespoke training materials and Boots 30 Minute Tutor. She was previously editor of Pure Beauty, a B2B magazine for beauty retail staff, where she was responsible for planning, creating and editing content for over nine years.

As Education and Training Pharmacist, Melandi is a key member of the CIGH content team, responsible for developing and delivering training to pharmacies. She has gained over 20 years’ experience in various pharmacy sectors, having worked as a community pharmacy manager; an advisor within the NHS; in Learning and Development in community pharmacy organisations; and in secondary and tertiary education settings.
Patrick Grice FRPharmS
Education & Training Pharmacist
A pharmacist for 40 years with experience of community pharmacy and expertise in trade publishing and pharmacy education. He is currently supporting the CIG Healthcare Partnership and acting as a Contributing Editor for Independent Community Pharmacist.
Ahuti Lakhani MRPharmS, IP
Education and Training Pharmacist
As an Education and Training Pharmacist, Ahuti is a key member of the CIGH content team, responsible for planning, writing and developing training for pharmacy. She has extensive experience across the pharmacy sector in chain and independent community pharmacies, as an antibiotic specialist pharmacist in homecare and as an independent prescriber.
Lesley Johnson
Director of Education
As Director of Learning and Development, Lesley helps oversee the direction and provision of pharmacy training.
Lesley is a community pharmacist with 15 years' experience in the pharmacy education sector. She rejoins the CIG team having held positions at the NPA and the RPS, where she headed up the new RPS Faculty.
Sophie Agre
Account Director
Sophie develops new business and manages accounts in UK, as well as liaises with International clients. She works with the team to develop innovative and creative ways in which to deliver training content. She has worked in the healthcare industry both in France and the USA.
Nathalie Melville
Account Executive
As account executive, Nathalie supports the account management team. She is a key point of contact for clients and pays an important role in the day-to-day management of bespoke accounts. Her strong organisational skills help ensure training is delivered on time and within budget.
Angela Chili
Account Executive
Angela provides support to the account management team in her role as Account Executive. She is a crucial point of contact for clients and helps in overseeing the day-to-day management of bespoke accounts. Angela is excited to tie her scientific background into her work and learn more about the world of education and training.
Julian Downing
Digital Director
Julian joined CIG in 2013 to head up CIG Digital; a new division whose remit is to connect brands with end users through compelling digital media applications.
Julian was formerly Director of Media AOL Europe and Development Director Hearst UK.
